WINE OF THE WEEK:

Your WOW this week is the 2011 Carnivor
Cabernet, which manages to combine full-
bodied flavors with smooth finesse. Rich
with blackberry, caramel, vanilla, and subtle
coffee notes, this is delicious on its own or
accompanying anything meaty.

The Carnivor is just $10.97 and is available
to taste at the bar.

PLUS, we’re offering two ridiculous steals
this week. We received VERY LIMITED quantities
of two wines from 90+ Cellars, both at close-out
pricing.

The 2007 Chianti Classico Riserva is a touch
lighter in style than some, but still with ripe
cherry fruit and earth notes. Try it with pasta!

The 2009 Sonoma Zinfandel is also lighter than
many Zins. It too doesn’t skimp on flavor, though,
with raspberry, cherry, and pepper notes.
