Who would you nominate as the “First Family”
of California wine?
There are certainly multiple contenders.
The Wentes, Mondavis, Trincheros, and Gallos
definitely belong in the discussion.
As do the Wagners, without a doubt. They
started in 1972, in a little-known and
little-respected area called Napa Valley,
with a winery they called Caymus.
In the 40-plus years since, with too many
accolades to count (including having the
Wine Spectator’s #1 wine of the year twice –
something no other winery has achieved),
they have created a number of incredibly
successful brands.
And we want you to taste a bunch of them!
So for this Friday, 3/25, we have put together
a tremendous tasting lineup featuring wines
from the Wagner family. Cost is $20.
