WINE OF THE WEEK:
This time of year in my house this wine is an absolute go-to, because it’s an amazing and refreshing antidote to hot weather.
It’s the 2021 Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand’s Marlborough region, and it received an impressive 92 point accolade from The Tasting Panel.
Vibrant aromas of passion fruit, lime and lemongrass leap from the glass, along with hints of pear, pink grapefruit and wet stone minerality. The delicious flavors mirror the nose with juicy intensity, leading to a long, lip-smacking finish.
Give it a nice chill and commence some happy sipping. It’s great on its own and also beautifully flexible with food.
This summertime champ is just 15.97 and in stock now. Come and get it!
MIDWEEK FLIGHT:
When it comes to wine tasting, we are THE SOURCE for both variety and value!
We carry wines from all over the world and love to showcase this breadth and depth in our wine bar.
For example, our midweek wine flight, available through Thursday. We’re asking only ten bucks for it, and you get to explore a half glass each of these treats:
Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc 2021. Our WOW, see below.
Marisco Vineyards “The Ned” Pinot Noir 2019. Perfumed aromatics and fine structure.
Brassfield Cabernet 2019. Juicy with black cherry, blueberry, cinnamon and oak.
Stop on by – we’d love to see your smiling face! 🙂
