WINE OF THE WEEK:

We just have to call your attention to a terrific red we recently brought in!

It’s the 2020 Novelty Hill Syrah from Washington’s Columbia Valley, and it is a great example of this varietal.

The wine offers aromas of blackberry and warm spices, while expressive layers of dark plum and blackcurrant gain complexity as they glide across the supple palate.

This beauty is a perfect match for anything meaty, as well as being a fine sipper on a cool afternoon or evening. It’s just 19.97/bottle, and it’s available to taste in the bar!
