ANNIVERSARY PARTY!

The last week of July marks our 13th Anniversary here at North County Wine Company!  

The official kickoff is 5 pm Friday, when we perform our traditional Champagne sabering ceremony. The party goes on until 9:30 Friday, then continues on Saturday! Here’s a look at what’s happening:

We will give away raffle prizes both days. Food will be available too!

There will be an awesome Top Shelf tasting available. $45 to taste through this incredible lineup:

La Rioja Alta Rioja Gran Reserva 904. 97 points J. Suckling.

Trujillo Cabernet 2019. 94 points J. Tobin.

Cade Howell Mtn. Cabernet 2019. 95 points J. Dunnuck.

L’Aventure Estate Cuvee 2020, $109.97. 99 points Wine Advocate.

Kamen Cabernet 2019. 94 points Vinous.  

We will also offer fantastic by-the-glass options.

One of these will be the 2015 Cristal Brut Champagne, 95 points Wine Advocate. At $370 per bottle, this is a treat that most people never get to enjoy. But both Friday & Saturday this legendary Champagne will be available at $40/flute.  

Another amazing by-the-glass option will be a “Mystery Wine” available at $15/half glass. This wine will be poured “blind.” And if you can guess what it is, you get the half glass for free!

Bottom line, this weekend is going to be tons of fun!! We would LOVE for you to join us Friday, Saturday or both!

The 2020 Quilt Cabernet received this 92 point accolade from Wine Enthusiast:

“Full-bodied and super ripe, this shows powerful black cherry, cedar and cinnamon flavors on a firmly tannic texture, but maintains a nice polish in the mouth.”

In much of the world this bottle sells for $50-$60.
