A VERY frequent question here is, “How do you come up with so many amazing wine flights?”

My answer:  Experience, creativity, and a burning desire to give people LOTS of opportunities to sample great wines!

Take this weekend’s Top Flight, for example. No unifying theme other than really well-made wines. Just 15 bucks this weekend to enjoy a half glass each:

Pratsch Gruner Veltliner 2021. A supremely enjoyable summer sipper; fresh, with peach, apple and spice hints.

Vina Ardanza Rioja Reserva 2016. Brand new vintage of a stellar Spanish red; 95 points James Suckling.

The Prisoner Red Blend 2021. A perennial, crowd-pleasing favorite.
