As wine pros our thoughts often veer in the direction of food, especially in terms of pairing the two.  Of course, as we approach the holidays that wonderful combination becomes an even greater priority.

On Friday only we will open a rare and special treat, the 2017 Sea Smoke Southing Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills.  There was much internal debate about whether or not to do this, since the wine is scarce, and we get very little of it.  But we really want to make this available to folks who rarely if ever get to try it.

The Sea Smoke Southing will be available, first come first served, at just $12/half glass.  While it lasts.
