Our next pop-up Wine Dinner with chef Erin Seely is this Saturday, August 24. This is an exceptional 5 course dinner paired with 5 different wines, and Chef Erin hits it out of the park every time. Here’s a look at the menu!
2017 Groundwork Paso Robles Grenache Blanc, with:

Lightly Smoked Prosciutto, Caramelized Peach, Shaved Goat’s Milk Gouda and Fresh Raspberry Mascarpone on Pretzel Bread Crostini

2015 Groundwork Central Coast Grenache, with:

Carnitas Style Turkey on Chermoula Dressed Baby Greens with Fresh Strawberry, Pomegranate and Crumbled Goat Cheese

2016 Groundwork Santa Barbara Highlands Mourvedre, with:

Tomato Braised Pork Shoulder Topped with Creme Fraiche Drizzle on Israeli Couscous with Smoked Duck Breast, Charred Walnut, Charred Heirloom Tomato and Tuscan Kale

2016 Fabelist Central Coast Tempranillo, with:

Chef Erin’s Shi Shi Taco with Red Wine Slow Roasted Pot Roast, Caramelized Red Onion, Sautéed Portobello, Baby Arugula, White Cheddar Horseradish Cream and Minced Scallion in Green Chile Flour + Corn Tortilla, with:
