For every one of us here, one of the most frequent questions we get while tending bar is, “What do YOU like?”  Bill and I in particular get that a LOT.

So this weekend we’re going to answer that question!  Our $15 Top Flight consists of three wines that we love.  Available both Friday and Saturday, and here they are:

Basciano Il Corto 2015, 19.97.  Anyone who knows Bill knows he LOVES Italian wines, and this one’s a beauty.  A Tuscan blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet, it offers impressive complexity, especially at this price.

Siduri Pinot Noir Lemoravo Vineyard 2016, 29.97.  I am a huge fan of Pinot Noir, and this new arrival is delicious.  From the southern end of the Santa Lucia Highlands, it is concentrated and balanced.

Paul Hobbs Crossbarn Cabernet 2015, 51.97.  Of course, we both are Cabernet fanatics; a walk down our Cab aisle proves that!  This one from an iconic winemaker is layered, rich, and full-bodied – exactly what you expect from a Napa Cab.
