When you do something awesome, you want
recognition, right?
Praise, honors, and accolades.
Approval, awards, and trophies.
Who doesn’t want to be told they rock?
Winemakers like it too. And to celebrate
great winemaking achievement, we’ll be
showcasing seven 90 point wines this
Friday, December 7th.
(90 on the commonly used 100-point scale,
of course. There’s also a 20 point scale.
Plus there’s the yum/yuck scale employed by a friend
of ours, which, though lacking detail and nuance,
can be useful in its simple effectiveness)
For only ten bucks, any time from 4-10,
you’ll enjoy snacks plus these:
Brokenwood Semillon 2010, $17.97
-94 points James Halliday
Ritual Pinot Noir 2010, $15.97
-90 points Wine Enthusiast
Concha y Toro Carmenere 2007, $18.97
-91 points Robert Parker
Cuvelier Los Andes Malbec 2010, $17.97
-91 points Robert Parker
Finca La Emperatriz Rioja Crianza 2008, $14.97
-90 points Robert Parker
EBO Val di Cornia Suvereto Toscana 2008, $22.97
-90 points Robert Parker
Turnbull Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, $29.97
-91 points Wine Enthusiast
Interesting mix, right? We think these
deserve the praise they’ve received.
Come help us hand out the trophies!
