Every year since we took over here at North
County Wine Company, we have put together
an incredible wine tasting lineup in December.
We’ve given this event different names –
“Big Gun,” “Top Shelf,” etc.
But whatever you call it, it’s always a
fantastic opportunity to taste several
very special wines. The kind of vino most
folks don’t get to try very often, if ever.
This year the event falls on Friday, 12/9,
and the wines will be open from 4-9 pm.
Cost is $30.
Take a look:
Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno Toscana 2013, 65.97
-97 points James Suckling
Marques de Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva 2007, 79.97
-98 points James Suckling
Doubleback Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, 109.97
-96 points Wine Advocate
Corliss Red 2009, 72.97
-94 points Wine Advocate
K Vintners “The Deal” Syrah 2013, 34.97
-95 points Wine Advocate
Yes, it’s true. A 94, 95, 96, 97, and 98
point wine, all in the same flight.
We sincerely hope you will treat yourself
to this extraordinary tasting event.
