WINE OF THE WEEK:
So we just brought in the new vintage of a previous customer fave, the 2015 Cline Syrah from Sonoma. This is why:
It’s big, ripe and juicy, with aromas and flavors of blackberry, black cherry, plum, grilled meat, and smoke that are classic for Syrah. But it’s not just a fruit bomb; a nice layer of tannins adds good grip and structure, along with an attractive hint of dusty earth.
This wine will be terrific with ribs, burgers, steak… basically anything meaty! Just 11.97/bottle here at NCWC. Available to taste in the bar.
