WINE OF THE WEEK:

Brand new to us here at NCWC is a new red blend from Joe Wagner. Joe, the son of Chuck Wagner of Caymus fame, already makes supremely popular wines like Belle Glos Pinot Noir and Quilt Cabernet.

His new label is a tasty red called Threadcount. Aromas of black raspberry, milk chocolate and cedar lead to ripe flavors of boysenberry pie, strawberry jam, baking spice and toffee, leading to a long, pleasing finish.

This wine arrives on Wednesday (although we already have a bottle to pour for you, as part of our midweek flight). The regular price going forward will be 19.97.

But this week only our introductory price is 15.97/bottle.
