WINE OF THE WEEK:

This brand new discovery is delicious, and we need to tell you about it!

It’s the 2021 Weixelbaum Gruner Veltliner from Austria, a wonderful white that will impress you now, and even more so when the weather eventually gets warm!

The wine is dry, fresh and snappy with notes of apple, citrus, peach and white pepper, along with a dash of salty minerality.

It is lovely on its own as an aperitif or patio pounder, or with everything from seafood, to poultry, to fresh greens, even including tricky veggies like asparagus, brussels sprouts and artichokes.

This lip-smacking WOW is normally 19.97. But this week it’s yours for just 15.97/bottle. Cheers!
