WINE OF THE WEEK:
“Saved” is a winemaking collaboration
between winemaker Clay Brock and
artist Scott Campbell.
Their 2011 Red Wine is made from
9 different varietals. Yes, nine.
And the result is impressive.
Bold and rich, it shows black cherry
and red currant flavors, with a touch
of olive.
Soft tannins balance well with distinct oak
flavors – French oak for vanilla and coconut;
American oak for caramel, créme brûlée and coffee.
If you look online you’ll find this wine
priced in the $25 range.
We, however, got a smokin’ deal.
So we’re offering this great party wine
at a mere $11.97.
Come grab it while it lasts!
WINEMAKER EVENT WEDNESDAY!
This Winesday, June 25, we are stoked to
welcome winemakers Jim and Judi Brady
of Roadrunner Ridge winery.
From 5-9 we’ll be pouring a selection of
their wines, with Jim and Judi here to
discuss them!
This tasting is just $10. We hope to
see you here!
