WINE OF THE WEEK:

A crazy hot week calls for a crazy hot deal of a WOW. Which is the 2016 Pine Ridge
Chenin Blanc-Viognier blend… just 9.97 through Sunday July 29.

This magical white is consistently yummy and refreshing, year after year, and
the 2016 is no different.

It is beautifully aromatic, with floral notes accenting flavors of grapefruit, peach,
lime, and crisp apple, along with a subtle touch of minerality. It’s crisp and lively
all the way through the lengthy finish.

This wine makes a fantastic aperitif, a perfect “patio pounder,” and a great
partner with seafood, thai, and curries.

ANNIVERSARY PARTY!

This Friday July 27 marks DAY 1 of our 8th Anniversary Spectacular! There will be food, raffle prizes, fun, and of course lots and lots of amazing wine tasting.

We kick it off Friday at 5:00 with our traditional sabering ceremony, when we literally use sabers to open bottles of sparkling wine, then pour the bubbles for everyone!

And you won’t believe the tasting options! First of all, we will open bottles of the 2008 CRISTAL BRUT Champagne. This incredible specimen received not one but TWO perfect 100 point scores (Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling).
