WINE OF THE WEEK:
Couple weeks back we introduced you to a swell ten buck Wine of the Week, the Grayson Cabernet.
Now it’s time for you to meet the 2018 Grayson Zinfandel! This classic Cali Zin received 88 points from Wine Enthusiast and is a GREAT deal:
On the nose, rich berries are joined by notes of black pepper and a savory essence. That richness carries through on the palate, together with blackberry and vanilla, leading to a long, tasty finish.
Like its sibling wine, the Grayson Zin is just 9.97/bottle. Come and get it!
MIDWEEK TASTING FLIGHT:
We love to explore various themes for tastings and flights! Why? Because it’s fun!
This week our midweek flight is all about Grenache, that aromatic, fruit-filled dynamo that can be so juicy and yummy.
This Tues-Thurs, just ten bucks gets you a half glass each of…
Kermit Lynch Cotes-du-Rhone 2019. Fresh, delish entry point to Rhone reds!
Cass Grenache 2019. A fun carousel of complex flavors!
Alto Moncayo Veraton 2017. Perfumed, powerful and velvety!
One each from France, Paso Robles and Spain. Come enjoy this delicious exploration of Grenache!
UPCOMING FUN!
Looks like there are a few spots left for our Daou Wine Pairing Dinner on Saturday, August 28.

And here’s a quick tease about this weekend’s Top Flight, which is all about Pinot Noir in all its glory. It’ll be $15 for a half glass each of 3 awesome Pinots, and we’ll tell you all about it in a couple days.
Cheers, and have a great week!
