We’re super stoked to have new vintages of several Carol Shelton wines in the shop, so we’re pouring them this Friday and Saturday!

Carol is a hugely accomplished and respected California winemaker. She has a lot of fans, and you’ll probably become one when you try these wines.

This is the new vintage of a perennial favorite here at NCWC, and it is a quintessential summer sipper.

The wine is bright, balanced and zesty, with citrus tones and an appealing minerality. It is so refreshing on its own and is fantastic with lighter seafood dishes.
