WEDNESDAY, 9/2
You probably know by now that we won
“Best Wine Bar” in San Diego County,
in the U-T Readers Poll.
Of course, we couldn’t have done it without
you! So we’d love for you to join us this
week to celebrate!
In addition to our typical wine bar special
on Thursday, we’ve got a couple great flights
set up. The flight for this Wednesday, 9/2,
is just ten bucks. You get a half glass each of:
Der Pollerhof Gruner Veltliner 2013, 11.97/1 liter btl
-tropical and citrus fruit with white pepper accents
Moss Roxx Zinfandel 2012, 19.97
-generous raspberry, mocha, and spice flavors
“R” by Jeff Runquist Petite Sirah 2013, 24.97
-rich, smooth, and voluptuous
Absolutely delicious! And, to repeat, just ten bucks!
FRIDAY & SATURDAY, 9/4-9/5
That midweek flight is a heckuva good start. But
why not close out this first week in September
with an amazing Top Flight?
We couldn’t come up with any reason not to,
so here you go! We begin with an eternally
popular Chardonnay, and continue with new vintages
of equally popular Pinot Noirs.
It’s just fifteen dollars for a half glass each of:
Trinitas Chardonnay 2012, 23.97
-classic “Butterscotch Bomb”; a perfect marriage of
high-quality fruit and American oak
Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir 2014, 39.97
-from the Santa Maria Valley; wonderful cool-climate Pinot
Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir 2014, 39.97
-from the Santa Lucia Highlands; as rich and intense as ever
Available Friday and Saturday, 9/4-9/5.
Be sure to join us!
And THANK YOU once again for voting us #1!
