Some of the most amazing values in Bubbly
come from Spain, and this week’s WOW
could qualify as “exhibit A” in that argument.

The Mercat Cava Brut Nature is crisp, bone
dry, refreshing, and delightful. It received
a 91 point score from Robert Parker’s
Wine Advocate:

“A wonderful peachy bouquet that blossoms
in the glass with hints of dried apricot and
honeysuckle. The palate is very well-balanced
with crisp acidity and a fine thread of bitter
lemon that lends tension and poise, leading
to a very champagnois finish. Excellent!”
