Description
Wine Advocate 92 points – The 2017 Greco di Tufo is a generous and abundant white wine. This Greco usually undergoes partial malolactic fermentation (usually about 30% of the total mass), but this vintage saw no malolactic fermentation at all. The wine evidently had enough natural creaminess and richness created by the hot and dry conditions of the growing season. You do get a lot of texture here with fragrant tones of peach, apricot and baked apple. Surprise, surprise: the 2017 vintage is proving to be a great one for the Greco grape. You can’t beat this fantastic value.
