Have you ever dreamt of being a winemaker?
Of taking various different varietals and
blending them into something amazing?

Now’s your chance!

On Wednesday, April 17th, we are throwing
a Blending Party, and you are invited!

The fun is available from 5-9 pm and
costs $25. Here’s how it works:

We will provide you with…

-5 ounces each of Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, and Cab Franc
-a syringe or pipette
-a wine glass
-paper to jot notes on
-crackers to cleanse your palate with

You will then blend those varietals in any
way you choose, attempting to make the very
best wine you can!

Once you feel you’ve nailed it, you may
turn a sample of your blend over to Bill
and Jim, for judging.

The winemaker we select as the best will
receive a $25 gift card, to be used any
way you like!

Come give it a try. Who knows? This could
start you on a new career!!
