Event Details

We’ve put together a very special event for you this weekend.  A winery tasting event featuring Langmeil of Barossa Valley, Australia.

This is a storied, historic property that is home to what is thought to be the oldest surviving Shiraz vineyard, dating to 1843!  But this is not just a history lesson; their wines are amazing, both in quality and in value.

The wines will be available to taste both on Friday and Saturday, the 13th and 14th, any time from 4-10.  Cost is just $10.  Plus, on Friday we have a special guest representing the winery – a delightful gentleman named David Townsend, who will be here from 5-8 to entertain and answer questions.

These are the wines you will taste:

Langmeil “Three Gardens” SMG 2015, 14.97.  91 points James Suckling.

Langmeil “Hangin’ Snakes” Shiraz-Viognier 2015, 14.97.  90 points Wine Advocate.

Langmeil “Blacksmith” Cabernet 2015, 19.97.  92 points James Suckling.

Langmeil “Valley Floor” Shiraz 2015, 19.97.  92 points Jim Tobin.

This is gonna be flat-out awesome!  You are definitely in for a treat.
